6. *I will not be bringing any pels on holiday with me. *I will be bringing one pet on holiday with me, and agree to pay £20 per week with my first payment. I will not leave my pet unattended in the property and will conform with clause 14 of the Booking Conditions, (Agreement must be obtained beforehand. Fountain Cottage and Poachers Cottage only). *Delete as appropriate.

7. I undertake to take care of the property which I am renting and will replace any articles damaged, chipped or lost by me or my party. I will leave the property in a clean and tidy condition and will return the key to the person and/or place from which I obtained it.

DECLARATION:
I Declare that I am over I8 years of age and that this is made in accordance with the Booking Conditions. I agree to be held responsible for the balance of the total rental and charges hereon payable in accordance with the Bookings Conditions. (BLOCK CAPITALS PLEASE)
