2 Bedroomed Lake District Cottage in Keswick

Situated by the Pheasant Inn in Crosthwaite on the outskirts of Keswick, Poachers Cottage was built by Faudlers Brewery in the late 1800's. A pleasant walk through the park and over the River Greta takes you to the centre of Keswick.

This two bedroomed property is ideally located for families or couples looking to sample the delights of Keswick and for those wanting to hit the open road to the rest of the Lake District.

Traditionially built of stone with a whitened roughcast exterior under a slate roof the cottage sleeps four people in two comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin-bedded. A cot and high chair are also supplied if required. Poachers Cottage has central heating and a gas fire, which, along with hot water is free for the use of guests throughout their stay. We accept a single adult dog, subject to complying with our conditions.

Downstairs there is a cosy lounge with a colour television and a separate dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric cooker, hob and washer drier, as is the newly fitted bathroom which has both a bath and a separate shower.

Charges are inclusive of clean fresh bed linen and all services. Towels and tea towels will be supplied if required.

The cottage benefits from off-road private secure parking for two compact cars.
